I have nitePR on my PSP. But for certain games do I need to download the hacks and put them in a folder?

When using NitePR, connect your PSP to your PC via a USB cable.

Then at the root of your Memory Stick go to, seplugins --> NitePR --> Cheats.

You will see text documents named something like this, "ULES-108912", This is the serial number.

For every game you need to create a text document here with the serial number of the game you want to hack.

Then simply copy and paste your hacks into this text document for sucess.

So, I downloaded the hacks doc, put the doc in the cheats folder, title it the serial number (ULUS-10292). Is that correct?
